When a customer bill for water charges has remained unpaid for at least 45 days following issuance of the bill, the Water District shall disconnect water service to the premises and shall reconnect the water service only upon payment of all currently billed charges, including any applicable late payment fee, along with payment of the prevailing reconnection fee.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments may be mailed or paid in person at the Caterpillar Trail Public Water District Office. We accept checks, cash and online credit card payments. Please bring correct change for cash payments. If you do not have the correct change, we will apply the entire amount paid to your account. Cash payments must be made during office hours. Please do not leave cash payments in our door slot. The door slot is for payments made by check. Payments can also be made online with a credit card. See the home page to make a payment.

OFFICE LOCATION
We are located at 404 Ten Mile Creek Rd E Peoria, IL 61611. We have a drop slot in our door for 24 hour payments. The Water District office is the small white building with the large white sign on the front of the building. We are located underneath the water towers.
