If you are a new customer to Caterpillar Trail Water District or are moving within the district, please contact the office at (309)383-4002 as soon as possible. We never estimate readings and will do a final read for the customer moving out and a first read for our new customer moving in. We will need contact information and the date for your final or first read. If you are moving out, we will need a forwarding address and a contact phone number. We do not do readings on Saturday or Sunday.

Office Hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00-3:00
EMERGENCY PHONE – (309)214-5932. Please leave your name, number and emergency and someone will return your call.
We bill monthly. Bills go out the first of each month.
Bills are Usually due on the 21st of the month. Exceptions to this date may be made for weekends, holidays or scheduling conflicts with meter readers. Please check your bill monthly for the due date.
Late payments are subject to a 10% penalty.
A $75.00 reconnect fee will apply if water is disconnected for non-payment.
Payments may be mailed or paid in person at the Caterpillar Trail Water Office.
A drop slot is available for 24 hour payments.
The Caterpillar Trail Water Office is the white building with the large sign located under the water towers.
If you have a water powered sump pump we recommend you disconnect it. Your water usage/bill could greatly increase by using a water powered sump pump.
This sheet will be printed on yellow paper and attached to a Water Application Card for new customers. We often leave water application cards in the door or attached by a door hanger.
Please return the white Application for Water Service card as soon as possible. You can mail it to the above address or drop it by our Water District Office. There is a drop slot in the door in case we miss you.
We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. It is important for us to have contact information in case of boil orders, water leaks, etc.
